i've searched for the information over the internet but still didn't get the answer.
so far, most articles say that omega 3 helps to decrease the LDL (not sure since some articles says that it has potential of increasing the LDL) and triglycerides and increase the HDL.
what i need to know is the mechanism that involved to achieve the effects. did any components in omega 3 inhibits the cholesterol production or perhaps it works in reducing the uptake of cholesterol from our diet? i hope someone could help me. thank you.|||triglycerides
and
cholesterol
are different things
fenofibrate , and
omega 3 lowers triglycerides
