Does taking omega 3 capsules for the brain to improve the neural connection will interfer with weed smoking?

Im wondering if there is any point in taking capsules omega 3 for the brain when being a weed smoker, since omega 3 helps the brain whereas weed damages your cell brains. please give biological details as well if you could, thanks.|||I'm not sure where you've gotten your information from. Cells do not have brains, and weed does not do any permanent damage to your brain cells. However, Omega 3 supposedly does help with synaptic plasticity, which is good. And, no, smoking weed will not negate the benefits you get from consuming Omega 3.|||Omega 3s are neuroprotective and help with blood circulation.

I don't know where you got your information, but weed doesn't kill brain cells. It can temporarily cause immediate- and short-term memory loss (now, where did I leave that lighter?) which resolves once the effects wear off. There is no permanent damage.
