I am a vegetarian and became confused whether if I should take fish or flaxseed oil supplements and then just decided to pick the bottle that contained both. The bottle says to take three daily with a meal, but I was questioning if that was too much? Also the dosages are balanced well. For example, there is much more Omega 3 than there is Omega 6, and Omega 9 has the least dosage. Thanks for the help! Other advice also welcomed!|||People usually take the flaxseed if they are vegetarians, or if the fish oil disagrees with them. The omega 3 fish oil, is superior to the flaxseed.
Omega 3 is the one to take, we get enough omega 6 and 9 in our (unhealthy diet).
Depending on your age, 2 to 4 1000mg capsules per day.
