Is there any benefit or harm to my daughter if I take Omega 3-6-9 supplements while breastfeeding?

I've been wanting to take some Omega 3 supplements for a while now, just to boost my energy along with the other benefits... They're on sale at my local drugstore this week, so I figured now is the time to ask!|||If you take omega 3 supplements, some of the DHA will go into your breastmilk and will help with your baby's brain development. So, yes, there is a huge benefit. The only possible harm I can think of is if the supplement contained mercury, but most good omega 3 supplements are molecularly distilled or from algae.
