What kind did you take? |||u get these pills called pregnacare with all the vitamins, folic acid n omega3 n stuff.u can try those.there are many others too.i know the name of this cos ive used it.now a days u also get milk with omega3 in it.so drink one glass of that milk daily n i think u will be covered!!!

best of luk with ur pregnancy|||fish oil is the most recommended!|||You should go to a good health food store (Whole Foods is a good one,) and get a good quality fish oil. Any fish oil worth its weight has been third party tested to be free of mercury, toxins and other heavy metals and contaminants. A good brand is Nordic Naturals or Carlson.

If you want to avoid that issue altogether, then buy good quality flax oil. Barleans is a good brand. It should be organic so you wont have any pesticides and such. Feel free to email me if you have other questions!|||The prenatal vitamin I've been taking is called Duet DHA. It's a daily prenatal vitamin that comes with a daily 'fish oil' capsule as well. I'm not much on eating fish, so this is my main Omega 3 supplement. You might check online, too. I know there are other prenatal vitamins that are available with the Omega 3 supplement.|||I never ate fish or took an Omega 3 upplement while pregnant?? I didn't know you should?? |||IM TAKING THE GNC PRENAT PILL PACK, IT COMES WITH OMEGA3 (WHICH IS A FISH OIL CAPSULE), A CALCIUM PILL AND FOLCIC ACID =]|||tuna..
