Hemp is much higher in omega 3s|||Nuts, such as walnuts or whole grain breads are a good source of omega 3. To cook fish , without it tasting fishy, you can sprinkle it with lemon pepper and bake. Cod fish is a good fish that doesn't taste fishy.|||Tropicana has an orange juice that contains omega 3...It tastes just like normal orange juice and its the same price. I've been drinking it for awhile now and I love it.|||As far as cooked fish you can go with a white fish like Halibut or cod. This will have a much milder taste that a fish such a salmon. Shrimp are also high in omega 3.
There are many plant foods that provide omega 3. Walnuts, cabbage, Broccoli, Romaine lettuce and Cauliflower are good sources of omega 3.
Of course you can look for a plant based liquid omega 3 supplement such as flax seed oil. This can be taken strait or added to foods or cooked with.
