How can a vegetarian get DHA omega 3 oils?

I have notice that few websites sell Omega 3 DhA vegetarian pills. But, these don't state whether they contain EPA oils and plus I would rather have a pill that is omega 3,6 and 9.

Can anyone help me?|||You can get all the omega oils you need by eating seeds, nuts, beans, whole grains %26amp; leafy greens. If you eat right, you don't need to take an omega supplement.|||You don't agree with what?

|||Hey 'Anon',

You should definitely try Opti3: www.opti3omega.com. It's got DHA %26amp; EPA as well as a high total omega 3,6 and 9!

Sorry Niko you are wrong. You get ALA from seeds, beans etc (with poor conversion in the body). DHA %26amp; EPA only come from fish/meats (or algae). Opti3 uses algae - vegan.

|||Corvato - Flax is usefless. Forget it! The conversion by the body is so low, you could eat flax all day and not get enough true omega 3.
