i did a research recently (i'm a med student) and omega 3 is very helpful in raising ur 'good' cholesterol levels and there is no harm in taking them! just make sure you dont take that many supplements a day :) i take it everyday and find it very helpful to concentrate :)



PS: you don't HAVE to take it, its just a supplement :)
