What are some good food sources to find Omega-3 fatty acids?

I've heard great benificial things about omega-3 fatty acids and I would love to know what are the best ways to find food products that contain these fatty acids?

Thank you!|||Oily fish, ie mackerel, herring, sardines. and it's good to have fish in your diet too. there are vegetarian/vegan alternatives as supplement pills. From plant oils i think. you can also buy cod liver capsules, you can get these real cheap, used to take them every winter, for cold prevention and keeping joints oiled.|||walnuts, salmon, sardines, tuna, trout, field grazed cows, look at this website...http://www.amenclinics.com/

he sells supplements|||The best source: fatty fish (salmon, herring, sardines, etc.).

Flax oil has been touted as a "terrific" source but it doesn't contain the active form - and the percentage of conversion in the body is incredibly low.|||Fish, caviar, roe, eggs. Olive oil as dressing.|||omega 3 eggs and fish. it helps me with adhd|||Fish are the best source for them. You can also buy Omega-3 capsules from GNC and places like that. I mean, you can't expect to eat fish all everyday lol so if i were you i would buy some. I take them and I think they help.
