What is so dangerous about fish oil omega 3?

Hey iv'e been told that fish oil has allot of poisons in it..


id like to know more about this please and what is the alternative for fish oil Omega 3?|||While, a good source of EDA/DHA Omega 3, fish oil may be taken from fish contaminated by PCB's and dioxins, and may have high levels of trans fat. I could right now say something stupid about omega 3, whatever I want to say, unfounded, un-researched, and end up forever in a search online about the "poisons in omega 3".





Chill out, eat fish and don鈥檛 eat pills.
