Is it safe to drink the omega 3 6 9 capsules w/ fish oil for a 17 year old?

I read that omega 3 boosts ur testosterone and helps you workout harder, and the label sais its for adults only (19+). Is it safe to use it for me?|||I would think drinking fish oil would taste nasty and oily? I would advise that before doing anything that deals with diet or supplements you should talk to you doctor. There are alot of foods with Omega threes as well including

but not limited to

鈥lbacore tuna

鈥almon

鈥ackerel

鈥tlantic herring

鈥wordfish

鈥ake trout|||its safe but only take about 1 capsule each, your body wont absorb the rest if you take anymore.

It says over 19 so kids dont OD on it. yes you can OD on VITAMINS. Children often OD on vitamin E because they want baby soft skin or hair.

Yes it is fine, you just need to take it responsibly. Fish oils are very good for you if taken in proportions, if you eat alot of fish dont take so much of the capsules if not take 1 a day.

i take E, D, C, A and centrum for my dificiencies (skin and immune) and im fine, just take one. i used to take 3 E capsules till i learned my body wont even fully absorb ONE capsule.|||It all depends on who manufactures the fish oil. Not all fish oil is created equally. You want to make sure it is distilled on the molecular level to remove PCBs and other toxins. Also, the dosage depends on the level of EPA and DHA in each capsule. Check this out to find out how much you need:
